We have been introduced to Geoserver and PostGIS in these past two days. We have started to get a hold of how to maneuver Web Map Services (WMS) and how to create a spatial database.
We have even started to race each other for who is able to complete class activities the fastest! Although we are competitive, we are still a team at the end of the day.
We now have plans to collect our data and clean it up in preparation of being given our very own accounts on Geoserver next week. We are ready to really get started!
