In the final stretch, we've been introduced to a server where we can upload all our files and we can use them from there. It's accessed through an app called Cyberduck. Cyberbuck has made our lives easier as everyone has access to the same files in real time. Basically, it's Google Drive/Docs BUT BETTER!
ADVICE: have at least one laptop that you use because the app needs downloading and it's just easier if one does not need to download cyberduck in the labs every time.
